The packaging is decent, and there is a sticker with a translation on the box. However, the bottle packaging is slightly damaged, perhaps it is a factory issue. I will test how the foam works on the face.
I bought this product for the first time in Kazakhstan. I went on a business trip and ran out of my usual cleanser. I have dry/combination skin that is very sensitive and prone to redness. This foam cleanser is incredibly gentle and just amazing. I have been using it daily since February. It cleanses my skin thoroughly without causing any irritation. One tip - it is recommended to rinse the bottle with warm running water before using it, as it will make the foam even softer and more soapy.
