This ointment is a real find for me. During certain seasons, my elbows and heels tend to get very dry and flaky. It softens the skin, eliminates the flakiness, and removes the old dry layer. It's a game-changer for these excessively dry areas!
I bought this product with the aim of softening the skin on my shoulders and elbows, where I have signs of keratosis. It has been helpful with prolonged use. It has almost no scent and has a gel-like texture. It leaves a slightly sticky feeling after application, so I only used it at night. I was expecting it to soften my skin more, considering it contains 30% urea. However, I have found that the same effect can be achieved with Karboderm, which is cheaper and only contains 10% urea.
I have very dry and sensitive skin. The cream was recommended to me at the pharmacy, they said it can be used for the face (moisturizes, nourishes, softens, perfect for winter). I used it on my entire face and hands. Later on, I read that it should be applied locally.
Out of the claimed functions, only the softening effect works. I didn't notice any moisturizing or nourishing effects at all. After applying, I feel tightness in my skin.
The cream does have a scent! I don't like this fragrance, it smells exactly like Lipikar for children from La Roche-Posay.
I wouldn't buy it again. But it's worth noting that it is non-comedogenic and does not cause any reactions on the face. And it does soften the skin.
A dermatologist prescribed me this ointment. I have atypical dermatitis on my neck, which had a very dry area that looked like scales. The ointment is helpful. It started the regeneration process and gradually removes all the excess. It hasn't completely gone yet, but at least there are some improvements.

It works well for flakiness caused by eczema. It is fragrance-free and does not cause irritation. It has one of the highest concentrations of urea in this price range.

I took a risk and bought this cream (a new product with no reviews). I was choosing between my beloved Vichy and this one. I know Eucerin from a positive side as I have used their shampoos and hair loss concentrate. I didn't make a mistake with this cream either.
I have very dry skin prone to flaking, especially in the winter. After using this cream, my skin becomes velvety and visibly evens out in tone. The cream has almost no scent, which is also a pleasant surprise.
I want to emphasize that it should be applied to perfectly clean skin and only a small amount should be used to avoid any rolling off. If you follow these steps carefully, the results will exceed your expectations. I give this product five well-deserved stars.
