I received the product with a broken dispenser, making it difficult to use. I had to unscrew the jar and do other things just to get the cream out. This was really disappointing because I planned on taking it with me. However, the cream itself is really good. It's not sticky and effectively moisturizes dry areas. It also has a pleasant, light scent.
