Use after cleansing. Moisten two cotton pads with the toner and gently apply to your face and neck.
The toner is amazing. It works perfectly for my oily and super sensitive skin. I found it here, but I couldn't order it in Ukraine, so I order it from the EU makeup. To avoid getting used to it, I switch to other alcohol-free toners after finishing a bottle, but I always come back to this one :) I haven't been able to find a second toner with the same effect to alternate them. For now, this one is the best for me.
I wrote a comment twice, where I explained in detail why I didn't like this product. The Makeup team rejected it twice because they didn't like the reason why I didn't like the product. So, without any explanations for potential future buyers, the product didn't appeal to me. With respect to the Makeup team, who are worthy followers of Facebook's algorithms, where everything is good, wonderful, and exclusively pleasant.
