This lipstick really disappointed me. The color is very beautiful, but there are a few issues:
1) It's the first lipstick that has made my lips burn, even though it's not marketed as a plumping one. It's possible that I have an allergy to something in the formula, but I've never experienced this before. I have dealt with dozens of lipsticks from different brands and price ranges.
2) The lipstick itself has a strong burnt plastic smell. I checked the expiration date and it's fine, and visually there are no signs of improper storage. It's just that the smell is unpleasant and very strong.
3) The texture is "slippery," which makes it a bit difficult to apply (especially since the shade is a rich red), but that's a minor issue.
Perhaps it's a problem with the batch, as I couldn't find any similar complaints about the smell in English-speaking reviews online. By the way, I also reached out to the brand, but they never responded, which is also a bit disappointing.
