1. Gently cleanse face and pat it dry with a napkin or towel.

I purchased this product over a month ago and have been using it regularly, but the quantity of patches has not significantly changed. At first, they do tend to slide off after a few minutes, but overall I am satisfied with the quality. It helps reduce swelling or dark circles under the eyes and smooths out fine lines caused by facial expressions. The most important thing for those planning to buy is to remember to massage the area around the eyes after use and wipe off any remaining moisture with a damp towel.
I did not like them. There is a lot of rare liquid, and they constantly slide off my face. The patches are thin. After removing them, I have a strong desire to wash my face. I did not see any effects.
I purchased it in March, so I believe enough time has passed for testing.
I'm not sure about black spots and all that, but it works perfectly for reducing puffiness, dryness, and wrinkles under the eyes. It doesn't cause any burning sensation and doesn't slide off (if excess liquid is removed).
