You only need to take a tiny amount and, if necessary, add more product. Using too much cream will make your face oily. I use it at night. It didn't cause any skin problems (I have combination skin that tends to be dry).
The cream itself is thick and sufficiently oily, nourishing the skin, but it leaves a shine and a film. HOWEVER, it truly became an endless and truly handy tool because it was purchased the day before the war broke out, ended up in a suitcase with which we were evacuated, and all three women used it for a whole month!
