This product is very watery, so I think it would be suitable for very oily skin, even under makeup. I hope it contains probiotics. However, you shouldn't expect a clear and fast effect. The product is practically like water, more like a toner, and it would be more appropriate to have it in a spray form. It runs out quickly and easily, but most likely I won't buy it again.

The serum is slightly thicker than water, but still quite liquid. It dries out the skin, but it helps effectively in fighting occasional breakouts. So, I like it.

I personally liked the serum, as it reminded me of a more expensive product with a similar composition from the brand Missha and their Time Revolution line. I really enjoyed that line, but their full-size bottles are quite pricey. It's quite possible that the creators of this serum took inspiration from the Missha line, as the composition is very similar. The serum has a gel-like consistency and is easy to apply. It absorbs into the skin almost instantly without leaving any stickiness, making the skin feel "bare". I tried it both on its own and under moisturizer, and I liked both methods. It didn't conflict with my subsequent skincare routine and nothing rolled off, which is important to me as I can't stand when my skincare products ball up. One of the immediate effects I noticed is that it effectively calms irritated skin and removes flakiness and redness. It should be particularly suitable for those with dry skin. Personally, I have combination skin that tends to be oily, and it worked quite well for me too. I will most likely repurchase this product as the price, composition, and quality all satisfy me.

This serum is great for the Korean layering method, especially for oily skin like mine. It's difficult to layer skincare products on this type of skin without overloading it, but the watery texture of this serum allows me to apply another, denser one after it. So, I give it 5 stars for its watery texture! By the way, this is the first serum that absorbed well into my super oily skin and didn't leave any film. Plus, it contains niacinamide, which effectively reduces inflammation and doesn't pill like the niacinamide serum from The Ordinary that I used before.

I've been using it for almost 2 months in combination with an acid toner.
At first, it seemed like it had no effect.
Then, I noticed that the peeling/redness really subsided, and someone even complimented me on my glowing skin (but at the same time, I was also using an intensely nourishing cream, so maybe it's thanks to that).
A week ago, I started getting huge painful pimples all over my forehead... I didn't think it could be because of the serum, but now I've read the reviews again and I'm confused. I'll try to stop using it and see what happens.
