They might work in 2-4 days as per the instructions, but that's too long for me. I recommend trying the patches from Some By Mi; they reduce pimples in 8-10 hours and adhere better. Just make sure not to use cream underneath, or they won't stay on properly.

The center itself contacts very tightly with inflammation, but for me, this became a problem. I constantly try to stick it on, but it doesn't work anymore. It won't help with deep pimples that are just forming, but it's perfect for those that have already formed but cannot be squeezed. I recommend it, but I can't say that these patches are the best because I haven't used others.
