I have only used it twice, and I have nothing bad to say about it, but the itching has definitely gone away.
The shampoo didn't work for me. My hair tends to get greasy quickly. The "Strengthening" series is better.

The shampoo helped to get rid of dandruff. As for the moisturizing wow effect, I didn't really notice it. The hair stays clean for a long time. I recommend it. I will also try the conditioner from the same brand and see how they work together to moisturize.
