Great loofah! If you rub it on heated skin with a moist loofah, it will nicely exfoliate the dead skin layer. The skin becomes soft after using it, and it absorbs body creams very well. Ingrown hair is a thing of the past ;)
The sponge is great! It removes stubborn dirt from the skin and leaves it smooth, pleasant, and soft. It is best to use the damp sponge on steamed wet skin and gently rub it back and forth. It can be used without shower gels, soaps, etc. If desired, you can use your usual product after using the sponge.
Also, be careful with areas that have warts, etc. It doesn't seem to affect moles (I have many, and I use the sponge 2-3 times a week).
It lasts a long time. Mine tore a bit at the seams after about a year of use, but its properties did not diminish.
I'm curious to try the white one too, as it seems softer.
