This is a good and gentle activator that I used to tone my lightened hair. I left it on for 45 minutes.
I really liked the activator. I bought it for toning the length of my hair. It has a coconut scent. It doesn't dry out the hair, doesn't cause any burning sensations, and hasn't triggered any allergies.
The powder works well for those who don't prefer a very bright white color. I haven't tried tinting with it yet. In the photo, I tinted with a different 1.5% solution.
