I am very satisfied with this balm. Before, I used a different one, but it was out of stock for a long time. I decided to try this one, and I do not regret it. It combs my hair nicely, feels pleasant to touch, and has a great scent.
I liked the balm, it makes my hair soft and easy to comb. I deducted a star due to the overpowering and cloying scent, which is not pleasant to me.
I really liked it, even though I have used much more expensive balms before.

However, I have a strong request. Unfortunately, not for the first time, I am faced with the fact that notes regarding the delivery time and date are completely ignored. A special "hello" to the couriers. The way they communicate with customers completely undermines the pleasant bonus of free delivery. They get upset that I cannot accept the delivery when they call, citing the fact that they are in my area now, but will not be there anymore at 4:00 PM. Please, either clarify in advance the fact that couriers are only available in specific locations at certain times, or explain to them that their working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM.
I have damaged hair from frequent dyeing, so I decided to try this conditioner. I apply it for a few minutes after washing, then rinse thoroughly. The hair has a pleasant and delicate scent, is easily combable, and looks well-groomed.
