Tinting Hair Mask, 200 ml MoroccanOil Color Depositing Mask

I purchased a 30ml mask in the color cocoa to try it out, and I would rate it 100/10. It matched the manufacturer's claims perfectly: color, softness, and hair shine. So, I decided to order the same mask in a 200ml size. However, instead of the brown mask, I received a green one! My hair now feels like straw—there's no shine, no softness, and definitely no brown color (though thankfully it didn't leave any green tint on my hair). This raises questions about the authenticity of the product.

HORRIBLE DISASTER! This is just surreal. How can such a brand produce these pigments, unless it's a fake from "Europe"? I apologize, but I'm in despair and angry. I bought a 200 ml bottle in the color cocoa. I wanted to slightly tint my cool ash brown hair to a mocha shade. I mixed a small amount of this mask with a conditioner from the same brand to make it less thick and to ensure even application without patches. My hair is below shoulder length. I followed the instructions and left it on for 7 minutes. After rinsing, I was in shock. My hair turned into a dark eggplant color, with patches and sections all over. I washed my hair 8 times with the brand's shampoo—4 times in the evening and 4 times in the morning—and it didn't lighten even a shade! After that, I bought a remover and a deep-cleansing shampoo, which turned my hair into a mix of blonde, pink, reddish, and yellow hues! The deep-cleanse shampoo slightly improved this mess, resulting in bright yellow roots for about 5-7 cm, followed by a pinkish-brown shade along the entire length. I need another remover, at the very least... and then... if I want to keep my hair, I'll need a complicated correction to remove this disaster. The pigment in this mask is just terrible. After one minimal use, I have to spend thousands of hryvnias to fix it! And that's not even considering the future coloring procedures. So think a thousand times before deciding if you want this kind of drama or not.

I need another color remover at the very least. If that doesn’t work, I’ll have to undergo a complicated process to fix this disaster.
The pigment in this mask is just insane. After just one minimal use, I need to spend thousands on color correction! And that doesn't even include the future costs of dyeing my hair again. So think long and hard if you want this kind of drama in your life.

I bought this mask in the color "Champagne." It turned my blonde hair with warm tones into a dirty beige-reddish color, with the roots being the most affected. I left it on for up to 5 minutes. While my hair felt soft, the color result was terrible.

I didn't buy it here, but the shade is Platinum. It's amazing! It moisturizes, takes care of my skin, and gives a stunning shade that lasts a long time.

Great mask. Despite its delicate lilac color, it effectively eliminates yellow tones and gives hair a beautiful platinum shade. I have natural blonde hair, but I also have highlighted strands. It doesn't dry out my hair, but I still apply conditioner to the ends for a couple of minutes after using it.

I tried the Cocoa hair product, and it is definitely the best thing that has happened to my hair. It nourishes the hair excellently, giving it a smooth and even appearance, and it also tones the lightened ends. The ends look as if they have been freshly cut or treated with a hair happiness procedure. It is definitely worth the money.

I am satisfied! Firstly, it has a medicinal effect, and after application, my hair is soft and easy to comb. Secondly, the color it gives is also amazing! I chose Gold Rose, and it looks great on blondes. Maybe the dyeing is not completely even, as it tends to take stronger on certain strands. However, I have done so many hair experiments that it is probably my fault. Perhaps before using this mask, it is necessary to wash the hair with a deep cleansing shampoo, as it could be the silicones that remain on the hair preventing the pigment from adhering.

I liked it and plan to get Gold Rose again.

The mask itself is not bad, it makes the hair very soft and not tangled even when wet. As for the tinting effect, I can't really say anything about it because I didn't notice it much. After getting my hair tinted at the salon, it had a pinkish hue and I really liked it. Now that it has faded, I decided to postpone another coloring session and try this tinting mask instead. However, I didn't choose the Rose Gold shade because I was afraid of it being too bright or having a warm undertone, as mentioned below. That's why I opted for Platinum. Overall, the mask works great as a hair treatment (5/5), but as a tinting mask, it's just average (3/5).

The natural light brownish-pink didn't do anything for me, my hair just became dull. It wasn't great as a mask either.
