I have been using this shampoo for a long time and have tried others, but always come back to it. However, recently either the formula has changed or my scalp has gotten used to it because there are only negatives left :( I experience intense itching, dryness, and hair loss. I will be looking for a replacement.

Disappointing. I didn't expect it to be so unsuitable. It doesn't cleanse the roots at all. I have greasy, thin hair and previously used Syoss Pure Volume Micellar, which cleansed well and added volume, although it had a worse smell than this one. This shampoo has a unisex scent with coconut notes. I will use it as hand soap.
