We received this as a gift for our child on New Year's, but it turned out to be hard and it irritates the gums. Our child doesn't want to clean with it. We are 6 years old and I give stars for the stickers. We cleaned it at the first speed, but I don't understand why they write that it's soft. It's not soft at all. We tried using it with breaks of a few days, slowly and at the first speed, but our child says it hurts to clean with it. It rubs.
