Reviews about Tangle Teezer The Wet Detangler Black Gloss Large Size Hairbrush

I purchased this product in the spring of 2021 for 477. But here's the thing, in the middle of 2022, it started to accumulate water! Why doesn't anyone talk about this? Doesn't anyone clean their comb?? I clean mine a couple of times a month, and now this "beauty" is already priced at 590 UAH. Are you kidding me? For a comb that fills with water??

I was simply shocked. I thought I had found a suitable comb and wouldn't have to search anymore. But apparently, all companies care about is profit, and they can produce items made of cheap plastic with unfinished gaps. Most likely, water seeps through them. There are no visible holes. It's impossible to completely shake out the water, it gradually spills into my hand every time I comb my hair. Of course, I can't put it in my bag.

For those who didn't understand: I soak the combs in water with shampoo, then clean between the teeth. I have never been so disappointed with a product. I'm disappointed and I don't recommend the Tangle Teezer.

I absolutely love it. It is really cool, it doesn't make my hair frizzy and it combs beautifully. It's much better than all the other combs I have used.

Favorite comb! The soft, flexible teeth easily comb through long hair! I also have a Janeke, but I like this one more. It's easy to clean, I use a brush with long bristles for that. It doesn't make the hair static, doesn't tear or harm the scalp. I highly recommend it!

I bought both the Tangle... and Janeke for comparison, and I liked this one more. The bristles are softer in this brush. It works great for medium-density hair.
I'm surprised that someone didn't like it here. They don't mention in the specifications that this brush doesn't cause static electricity when combing, unlike Janeke, where they emphasize the absence of static electricity in the specifications.
Lastly, I liked the design of the Tangle brush more. It's a matter of taste.

I purchased the wet version in the classic and large styles. You can see the difference in the photos. This is the first Tangle Teezer brush I have owned. Before this, I had tried many copies from different stores, but none of them came close to the original. I have shoulder-length, fluffy hair. The Tangle Teezer glides through my hair smoothly and smoothens it out. It is gentle on the scalp and can be used for massaging. I really love this brush!

I am very satisfied with this product! It's just a shame that I didn't get introduced to the Tangle Teezer brand starting with this one. My hair is very long and thick, and even using a Tangle Teezer specifically designed for thick hair was a challenge to comb through. This hairbrush helps comb through both wet and dry hair. It doesn't pull out hair like other hairbrushes do. It is very easy to clean and wash. Another significant advantage of this product is its convenient handle.

Great brush! It's perfect for my long, thick hair that always gets tangled. It easily detangles both wet and dry hair, although it does tug a bit in some places, but much less than other brushes. The only downside is the unpleasant sound it makes while brushing, but you get used to it. It has a nice minimalist design and feels comfortable in the hand. It's also ideal as a gift (it looks quite presentable in the packaging). I hesitated for a long time whether to get this one or the standard size, but I definitely made the right choice.

Great comb! It may not look very remarkable, being a small black plastic one, but it does the job amazingly well. I hesitated for a while before buying it, as the teaser combs in the case looked more impressive and luxurious. However, this comb easily detangles my 80cm long hair in one go. I quickly run it from top to bottom, and it never gets stuck or pulls, instantly untangling my hair. The only downside is that it does cause some static electricity in my hair after combing. If I hold the comb close to my hair without touching it, my hair tends to lift and stick to it.

I was lucky and bought this comb here for 330 hryvnias, and I want to say that even for 540, I would have bought it. It doesn't pull out hair, it gently combs even wet hair. Usually, after combing, I have a small strand of hair left in the comb, but with this one, I literally had only 3 hairs. Some people wrote that the comb comes scratched, but mine had no scratches.

I don't know what kind of magic this is, but this comb combes better than the exact same one in a powdery color. I ordered this one from Europe for 228 UAH, and the powdery one from a Ukrainian warehouse. They seem to be identical, but I prefer this one more.
