Not bad, but the topical cream is better and more economical to use, although it seems to be more expensive.
This balm is fantastic and works perfectly for my child's atopic skin. We have already used 2 jars of it. It has a pleasant smell and doesn't leave any stickiness after use.
My child has Atopic Dermatitis, and we have tried many expensive and inexpensive creams. This cream is truly good and effectively moisturizes my child's skin.
This is a great alternative to expensive emollients. It works well for my son's Atopic Dermatitis during remission. I'm not sure how effective it will be during flare-ups. It moisturizes the skin nicely and has a pleasant scent. The only downside is that it leaves a sticky feeling after application, but it's not a big deal. It's a wonderful product for its price.

I would not recommend this product to people with atopic skin as it intensely stings sensitive skin.
