In my opinion, this lip balm is average. It doesn't dry out my lips, but it also doesn't moisturize them. It simply keeps my lips in a satisfactory condition throughout the day and protects them from drying out. It is easy to apply and has a subtle scent. Although I prefer fresh scents in lip balms, I quickly got used to this sweet scent and stopped noticing it.
I don't know how he manages to do it, but it really moisturizes the lips.
In this case, I am surprised by the number of conflicting reviews. Personally, I liked it. It meets all the specifications.

This awful chemical fragrance ruins everything. I usually buy it with cocoa oil, but it wasn't available, so I picked this one instead, and I deeply regretted it.
This balm is excellent. I apply it on my lips and it doesn't roll off or leave white clumps. It is sufficiently greasy for winter, so my lips look fabulous and don't get dried out. Plus, the scent is simply amazing. It smells like 'Bubble Gum' chewing gum, and even when I drink or eat something, the balm stays on my lips.
After applying the moisturizer, I didn't feel much of a difference. I didn't really like it.

This balm provides excellent protection against wind, as it doesn't disappear from the lips, but forms a protective film. The consistency is dense, it doesn't spread or shine, and it has a lovely scent of bubblegum. It's a pity that there aren't many options for balms nowadays. Most of them are of poor quality, so finding an effective product takes a lot of time, effort, money, and the makeup courier's work.
I really love this cosmetics. I have sensitive skin and I have no problems with this cosmetics. However, the balm disappointed me as its texture is very oily. It feels heavy and sticky on the lips, making it difficult to apply due to its solid consistency. The scent is delicate. But I won't buy it again.
