I bought this product in Poland and I am satisfied with it. It doesn't irritate my eyes and it doesn't have a strong scent. It effectively removes eye makeup, although I usually wet my mascara before taking a shower.
The quality is average. The mascara does not wash off very well. The main downside is that it irritates the eyes.
