I liked this toner; I had been using the Joseon of Beauty Ginseng Water before, but I prefer the Haruharu Wonder a bit more. I have acne, so I use the toner as part of a routine with other products that help control acne (after treatment) and restore the skin barrier, selected by my cosmetologist. Therefore, I don't think the toner alone will give you an immediate feeling of hydration if you don't use anything else; it needs to be paired with other products. The Joseon of Beauty felt like just washing with water, but with this one, you can feel that you've applied an additional product that retains moisture. The only thing I don't quite like is the scent. Some comments mentioned a ginger smell, and I also notice a strong ginger aroma, but it's actually lavender according to the ingredients. However, the scent quickly dissipates after application.
