Underrated product. It works wonders for severely dry lips. On one hand, the primer has a slightly silicone-like texture, but it doesn't feel heavy on the lips. Lipsticks apply much more smoothly with this primer, and they appear more even and consistent, even if there are noticeable patches of dryness (although the dryness will still be noticeable). This primer works exceptionally well even with very dry lipsticks like Zhivanshi. However, it only works well with regular lipsticks, not super long-lasting or matte ones. On the other hand, the pencil is super soft and applies perfectly, making drawing easy. The range of shades is beautiful, but there are not enough shades available - there are no wine shades, and only one light lilac shade.
