Insert the foam applicator into the holder. Firmly press and hold for 3 seconds to saturate it. After releasing the handle, wait 20 seconds. During this time the foam applicator should be saturated with cold liquid and have a frosty appearance. Lightly press the foam applicator for several seconds on the wart that is to be frozen. Hold it 20 seconds or less. When treating warts on the legs, adhere to the description in the package insert.
After applying the foam applicator, the skin may turn white. There may also be an aching, itching, or stinging sensation, which are common side effects of cryotherapy.
