I bought this shampoo a long time ago and noticed during the first few uses that it caused a lot more hair loss compared to other shampoos. However, I thought the issue was not with the shampoo. After using it for over six months, I can now confidently say that this shampoo is indeed causing hair loss. It dries out my hair and makes it horribly tangled when drying, which then requires cutting these knots. This is despite using the shampoo with the mask from the same series. It's a waste of money and it damages the hair even more.

This shampoo is amazing! It smells great, lathers well, and effectively cleanses the hair from the first application. It's a fact that my hair falls out less. I've been using it for only a month, but I can already see results. Unlike other medicinal shampoos, my hair doesn't get greasy after a day. I am satisfied and highly recommend it.
