Compared to the Cosrx Acne Pimple Master Patch (red), these patches only offer protection against bacteria and are thinner, but they rarely extract anything. I prefer the red ones because they are very effective, and I don't mind that they are slightly more noticeable on the face if worn during the day. You should choose based on what you need: if you're looking for microbial and bacterial protection throughout the day with minimal visibility, go for the black ones. If you want active and quick action on breakouts, choose the red ones.

It effectively removes all impurities overnight. It only takes a few hours during the day to notice its effects. The peel-off strip makes it easier to use compared to similar products in red packaging.
Best patches ever!!! They fulfill their function by extracting acne and reducing inflammation. However, if you are expecting them to help extract closed comedones, they won't. Treatment is necessary for comedones. These patches only help if the acne has already surfaced and you can see a white spot.
These patches are really good. I use both the red and black ones from this series together. One tightens the skin, while the other reduces inflammation and aids in healing.

Great patches! Somehow, I got a weird breakout on my chin that seemed to have a deep-rooted swelling that I couldn't get rid of. I can compare these patches to the ones from the red packaging, but these have become my favorite as they work every time, unlike the red ones that sometimes struggle with breakouts.
