In addition, the pads are so thin, that they can hardly be seen even with very tight clothes.

Remove the pad wrapper, unfold the wings and peel off the plastic strips that cover the back and the wings. Then stick the adhesive part to panties.
Compared to regular pads from the store, these have clear advantages: they are quite economical, withstand heavy flow without leaking. Typically, I would use 2-3 packs of regular night pads, but with these, one is enough. They do not cause any itching or allergic reactions.
Thin, pleasant, stick well, each one in individual packaging. But I didn't like that they are wide, without narrowing in the middle, which causes deformation in that area. Strangely, all the organic ones I've tried have the same problem. I will continue searching, won't buy these again.
