I am dissatisfied with this purchase. The eyeliner does not draw at all on the first try after unpacking it. It gives the impression that it has dried out. It's a waste of money! I do not recommend it!!!
I am not very satisfied with this purchase. Of course, the price is low, so I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary from it. However, it started to dry out after the second use. It only lasted about a week.
So, I do not recommend it to anyone. You can find better alternatives for this price.
But this one is definitely a no-go.
