I didn't buy it from Make up, I must say.

The shampoo really disappointed me. I saw a comment here saying that the shampoo is watery, like it's diluted, but I didn't pay much attention to it. I should have.

I've been using it for a month now along with the conditioner from the same series. It feels like my hair is somehow worse after using it, like it's not even washed at all. It even feels greasy during the washing process, no matter how long I rinse it! I don't see any benefit from the conditioner either.

I understand that I wasted my money.

Shampoo for those who want to destroy their hair at a high cost! I am simply shocked. All my efforts, ampoules, expensive care, toning – all disappeared in a minute. The hair is terrible after using it, and to make them beautiful again, you need to spend a lot of money and effort. The ends now need to be trimmed significantly. Tears are welling up in my eyes. I should have taken the cheaper Estel shampoo instead. I fell for the price and the promise to maintain the color.

I used to use a restoring cream-shampoo with Tamanu oil before. I liked the previous one more. After using it, I didn't always need to use conditioner.
After using this shampoo, my hair becomes very dry, unruly, and it needs conditioner.
With the color protecting conditioner, the results are good.
