This product is terrible. I have healthy, good hair, but after using this "conditioner," they turn into straw - stiff and dry. It's a waste of money! There are products that work for some people and not for others, but this is just awful. I refuse to believe that it could work for anyone. It not only fails to make hair soft, but actually turns it into a mess. Thank you to Makeupu for the delivery as always.

I accidentally bought this balm and was initially disappointed because it was expensive. However, I was very surprised by the results. It left my hair well-nourished, soft, and with a pleasant ash tone. I highly recommend it for colored hair.
