Long-Lasting Foundation - Shiseido Synchro Skin Self-Refreshing Foundation SPF 30
I am very disappointed, but the foundation did not work for me. It dries out my skin and even accentuates all the imperfections.
I have purchased this cream twice before, but this time it was a huge disappointment. It looks exactly like the photo above. However, it doesn't hold up well and doesn't sit nicely on my pores. I am very sad that I spent 2700 on such a lousy product ((( Dior Forever dries out my skin, but it applies better. Guerlain Pure Aqua was fantastic, but they discontinued it. Double Wear is still decent. I do not recommend this product.
After just an hour, the foundation starts to settle into pores, causing the skin to become shiny. I am extremely disappointed.
Ideal foundation for girls with fair, sensitive skin, who prioritize high sun protection. This is the first time I've purchased a foundation with such a high SPF that doesn't darken on my skin, which is a great advantage for me. I got the shade 130. To achieve even coverage, it's necessary to quickly apply and distribute the cream with a damp sponge, as it dries quickly. It has medium coverage, so it doesn't settle into pores, apply a thin layer.
For those who prefer lighter foundations, this product may not be suitable for oily skin as it can accentuate pores, even if they are minimal. I have shade 160, which is light and without any pink or yellow undertones, but it is not very long-lasting. This shade is suitable for fair skin. After using it for a month, I decided to go back to Catrice and Double Wear EL foundations because I still prefer fuller coverage.
Best foundation ever. Suitable for dry, normal, combination, and sensitive skin types. Not recommended for oily skin. It doesn't leave a mask-like effect, has a beautiful natural finish, and creates a radiant glow from within. The consumption is not very economical, so it's best to apply it with a sponge. It's important to note that it is non-comedogenic.
I bought the cream elsewhere, but I want to share my thoughts. I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from because this cream is fantastic. It goes on nicely, feels light, and provides even coverage without giving a mask-like effect. It wears well throughout the day. I have tried many different foundations, including expensive ones, but this one is a revelation for me. I have the shade 150, which is perfect for fair skin with a pink undertone.
I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from. I bought the cream, not here, but I want to share my impressions. It covers the skin well, doesn't slide off, and doesn't create a mask effect. It is also economical to use and doesn't dry out the skin. I really liked it.
My skin: 45 years old, normal, pigmented spots, slight couperose on the cheeks. It doesn't completely cover, but it looks good. There is shine, but I like it. I apply it with my fingers or a sponge. The sponge works better. The color is 310. It could be lighter, but I was afraid that the foundation would be noticeable on the spots. I think next time I will take 240. I also have the color 330, it has a slight yellowish tone.
I have been dreaming of a great foundation for so long, but I was afraid to make a mistake. I have reviewed thousands of reviews and videos, but it didn't help. No matter how hard I tried to justify it in my head, I knew it was heavy, but it is really noticeable on the face. Okay, I would say that if it didn't slide off after 3-4 hours.
This is some kind of horror. I have never had a foundation that cost more than 400 hryvnias, and I still didn't know that they could roll off like this. I have tried dozens of application methods, but the effect is the same. I have tried mixing it with another foundation and it's somewhat better. For example, if I want to do a photoshoot, it's good for that, but it's definitely not worth the money.
I tried the same brand at my friend's, but it was more liquid and had a wow effect when applied. However, it also slid off after a few hours. My skin is combination, and my face doesn't sweat much. I have tried using it with and without a primer, with my hands and with a blender.
My favorite skin is absolutely normal, slightly more prone to oiliness than dryness, and I never see any visible pores! And then, I wanted a denser tone for an evening outing. It's a nightmare, it just settles into the pores, which were completely invisible before, and now I see clogged pores covered in foundation. I just didn't understand it at all. I will continue mixing Double Wear with Missha BB for a long-lasting and beautiful coverage. Before buying this tone, I strongly recommend trying it in the store, not only on the chin and neck but also in the center near the nose, where it is most noticeable how it sinks into the pores.
I didn't buy it here, but I decided to write a review. The consultant highly recommended it to me. However, in the end, I'm very disappointed. It didn't work for me... It clogs all the pores, the powder doesn't set, it horribly smudges everything, and it even rolls off in some places. I don't understand where these enthusiastic reviews are coming from.
The best foundation I've ever had is shade 220, it's simply a dream, absolutely perfect. It's the first time a foundation matches my skin tone so flawlessly. The only downside is the price.
Unfortunately, this foundation is "unbearable" as it is silicone-based and does not set on the skin at all. Even after an hour, if you touch your face with your finger, your finger will be in the same shade. It does not adhere with powder, but turns into a strange, cracked mass. However, it applies easily and looks beautiful. The dispenser is good. But this is not why we buy foundation: we need longevity, and it lacks stability on the skin after application; this foundation leaves marks everywhere and transfers wherever it pleases on the face. I strongly do not recommend it.
I purchased this foundation a week ago (not on the makeup website) and I can share my initial impressions. After using the Dior Forever foundation, my skin is grateful for this one. Now, let me explain in more detail.
Firstly, this foundation is easy to apply, whether with a brush, fingers, or a damp sponge.
Secondly, the coverage is not completely matte, but rather a natural finish with a subtle glow, which looks quite beautiful.
Choosing the shade was a breeze, as the palette allows you to find the most suitable tone for your face.
I can also add that it is barely noticeable on the skin, even after wearing it for 10 hours. There is no desire to remove the makeup quickly.
I have combination skin in the T-zone, and after around 5 hours, I simply touch up my makeup with powder and I'm ready to shine again ❤️
I highly recommend it!
The foundation is not suitable for oily/combination skin as it applies unevenly and emphasizes enlarged pores. After some time of application, it starts to run and gather in the pores. Overall, it was disappointing.
Great foundation, with medium coverage. I have combination skin, oily in the T-zone, and this foundation stays on all day without disappearing or clogging pores, while not highlighting imperfections. It has a beautiful finish on my skin, not overly matte. Best applied over moisturizer. The shade 130 is a perfect match for my fair skin with a neutral undertone.
This foundation is excellent. It suits me perfectly. It applies smoothly onto the skin, without creating any patches or rolling off. I apply it with a sponge. It gives a beautiful matte effect, without any shine or greasiness, and it easily comes off the skin with makeup removers.
This is a very good foundation, one of the best I have. I have dry skin, and it leaves a natural finish without emphasizing any flakes. At the same time, it has good coverage and hides major imperfections. Shade 140 Porcelain is perfect for my fair skin with a rosy undertone.
I am disappointed with this purchase. I was swayed by the enthusiastic reviews and my previous positive experience with this brand (their powder is the best I have tried). The cream clogs pores and is too noticeable on the face. On the positive side, the shade of the cream is a good match and it does mattify the skin. Perhaps it didn't work for me specifically, as I have enlarged pores. Of course, if blended well, it becomes less noticeable. I expected it to have better coverage and be less noticeable on the face.
