Using a thin brush, apply drops of the base coat, making sure the drops are slightly larger in diameter than the rhinestones. Place the rhinestones onto the drops, gently pressing them in. Cure under a UV/LED combination lamp for 10-15 seconds. Then, using a thin brush dipped in PNB rubber base coat, outline the placed rhinestones. Cure again under a UV/LED combination lamp for 10-15 seconds. Finally, use the brush to apply a top coat to the design areas without rhinestones. Cure under a UV lamp for 2 minutes, or in LED, UVLED, and hybrid lamps for 60 seconds.
