I finally found something that works for me. I can't speak for others, but I want to say that it's not overly soft like some reviews suggest—it's just soft. It cleans my teeth well without hurting my gums. This is now a must-have for me.
The brush is soft and suitable for sensitive gums and teeth. However, almost immediately after I started using it, the bristles began to fall out and frequently get stuck between my teeth while brushing.

I have sensitive teeth, and with a medium hardness toothbrush, my gums bleed. This toothbrush is very gentle and does not harm my gums. I liked it.
The brushes are excellent, I bought them for myself and my husband. They do not scratch the gums, there are enough bristles for a thorough cleaning. I also like the design of the brush - the curved handle makes it easier to reach hard-to-reach places. A nice bonus was that it comes with a cap.
