Ensure the wax is warm before use, then follow these steps:
1. Comb your moustache;
2. Take a pinch of wax, rub it between your fingers;

I bought this product for my husband to style his mustache. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money! It leaves white marks on the mustache, although the hold is somewhat tolerable.
I ordered this beard wax for myself. The consistency is creamy and the color is light. I applied a small amount on my palm and rubbed it to warm it up, but instead of warming up, the wax dried and formed clumps, making it impossible to apply on my beard. I tried applying it directly on my beard, but it just stays on like a light-colored cream. It's not a beard wax, it's a disappointment. Maybe I didn't understand how to use it correctly, but I can't exclude the possibility that I received a defective product or that this is just a "beard wax" of poor quality.
A delightful product with a remarkably cool sandalwood scent. I am satisfied with it.
