I am very disappointed. In fact, this is just a highlighting powder. I wanted to smooth out the transition between the roots and the dye, as well as wash out the color to make it less dark. In the end, the roots lightened to a yellow blonde. The product states that it removes ARTIFICIAL pigment, but it seems to remove any kind of pigment. Now I have to go to a salon to cover up my color with my own shade. It's sad.
