The pencil is soft and easy to apply, with a noticeable shimmer. However, the color indicated here as blue is actually called moonlight purple, which is more accurate to its shade as it is more of a grayish-lilac color. It blends nicely.
The pencil is good, but its color is not blue, it's more like taupe in my opinion. However, everyone has their own perception. The positives are the beautiful color and ease of application. It has average durability, but it may smudge a little. On the downside, the shimmers can fall quite heavily under the eyes. It would be more suitable for accentuating the corners of the eyes.
I have shade number 30 - a radiant blue, and I really like this pencil. It adds an interesting touch to my makeup and doesn't smudge. The color is beautiful, not overly intense blue, which was important to me when purchasing. The only thing is, you need to be careful when removing the makeup so that the glitters don't get into your eyes.
