Oh, no! Although I'm not prone to allergies, this product gave me a terrible reaction.
I deeply regret buying this micellar water. It leaves my face red and stinging. It is quite expensive and also harmful to the skin. It claims to be "no rinse," delicately cleanses, and is suitable for sensitive skin. However, it feels like they forgot to add the phrase "for boots" to the description.
I didn't buy it for makeup, but I want everyone to know about it. Garnier products have never caused such a reaction before. My whole face was covered in red spots, and I spent a long time trying to figure out what it was. I never thought that micellar water could do something like this. I'm just horrified...
"The worst micellar water ever. Never buy it if you want to maintain normal skin without any burns. It's unbelievably awful, everything burns and redness doesn't go away."
This micellar water is really great. It was recommended by a dermatologist, and even the composition of this micellar water is fantastic for its price. It cleanses well, doesn't dry out the skin, and doesn't irritate the eyes. I highly recommend it.
I didn't buy this micellar water here, but I can advise anyone who is unsure whether to get it or not - it's better to add some more money and buy a decent cleansing oil. This product, it seems, is not suitable for any skin type at all: it burns and instantly turns red, using it with cleansing foams and gels doesn't help, and the spots stay for quite a long time. At first, I thought it didn't work for me only because I have sensitive skin prone to allergies, but no! I tried it with a friend who has normal skin type, and my mom who has oily skin type. As an experiment, I even wiped a young person's face with it, but it was also a miss. Don't waste your money on this product. Either go for the classic pink one, or add some more money and buy a cleansing oil - it will be more beneficial.
This product fails to fulfill its intended functions. It is very difficult to remove eye makeup with it.
I look at the reviews and I am amazed. It suited me well. It removes makeup effectively, even long-lasting ones. It does not dry out the skin and does not cause breakouts (my skin is very sensitive). The only downside is the scent, which is a matter of personal preference. The ingredients used are decent.
This product is simply water poured into a pretty bottle. It doesn't have the properties of micellar water, as it doesn't remove makeup and it irritates the eyes. I regret buying it a thousand times. It's a waste of money.
Terrible micellar water! After using it, my face turned red and it stung! Washing it off, applying cream, nothing helps! Do not buy it!
I didn't buy it here, but I must say this micellar water is terrible. It does a very poor job of removing makeup and it stings the eyes.
Just awful! The mascara doesn't come off easily and it irritates the skin! I switched back to the classic pink one.
I didn't buy it here. It's good that I got it at a very good discount, otherwise I would have been even more disappointed. It's very bad at removing makeup, especially mascara. Like a panda... It takes forever to remove, it's unbelievable... The smell is tolerable. I won't buy it again and I don't recommend it. It's a relief that at least it didn't cause any allergies.
The makeup doesn't wash off as well as other micellar waters, but considering the claimed 99% natural ingredients, it's good. The mascara is not perfect, but it's okay.
I used it for 2 weeks, and today after removing my makeup, I didn't immediately wash my face with a cleanser, and my face started burning right away. Red patches appeared, and it itched! I don't have allergies to anything, I'm not prone to sensitivity, so this is a disappointment. It's not a natural micellar water, it's a waste of money.
I didn't buy it here. It really irritates my eyes! The smell is too strong. I won't buy it again.
I bought it from a regular store, hoping for a natural composition and all that. This is terrible! My face starts to burn and redness appears under my eyes, on my cheeks, and chin. I am not allergic and I have never had a reaction to any cosmetics, but this is a failure... Disappointment of the year((
And here is a great micellar water, I didn't expect to like it so much, I was skeptical at first...but everything is fine, it doesn't overload the skin, it's pleasant to use, it cleans everything, although I do change the sponge several times, it's very gentle, it doesn't remove makeup on the first try.
The micellar water really burns the area around the eyes and makes the cheeks red. The color of the face returns to normal after 40-45 minutes.
I couldn't understand the problem for a long time, I thought it was an allergy to the wind or cold. But as soon as I took a break from using the micellar water, my face returned to normal.
I do not recommend it for girls with sensitive or dry skin!
However, I actually liked the scent, although not everyone enjoys such strong aromas.
It suits me well. It doesn't dry out my skin. I remove my makeup first using a makeup remover cream, then wash off the cream with a foam cleanser, and finally, I use this micellar water to completely remove everything.
Terrible smell, doesn't remove makeup well. I won't be buying it anymore.
The micellar water effectively removes makeup. However, there is one major drawback - it stings the face and causes redness, similar to after a chemical peel. I have normal to oily combination skin (slightly oily in the T-zone). I have never experienced such reactions before (I have been using natural and organic cosmetics for the past 5 years), although I understand that natural ingredients can sometimes cause such reactions. In general, be cautious. I didn't purchase it here, but I decided to leave a review and read the comments of other girls.
I was very satisfied with the face wash gel from this line. I hope my comment helps you make the right choice.
I received this product as a gift. Before, I used Garnier micellar water and toners - everything was fine. However, I would advise girls with thin and sensitive skin not to use it. Immediately after using it, my face started to burn and my skin turned red. Even washing it off didn't help alleviate the discomfort. It felt like my skin was reacting as if I had undergone a chemical peel!
I developed an allergy to this medication. I have never had any allergies before, to anything. My face started to hurt and became very red.
It effectively removes makeup and I appreciate its natural composition, but I still prefer to wash my face with a foam cleanser afterwards. If I rub too hard, my face becomes slightly red, but it could be due to my individual intolerance to a specific ingredient. Overall, I am satisfied with this micellar water, and I really like its scent!
The skin turns red, there is a feeling of clogged pores, it becomes oily... disappointment.
The ingredients are decent, but even light makeup is removed really poorly, not to mention waterproof.
This micellar water is really great – gentle and non-irritating on the skin. It works perfectly for my skin type (oily). And the scent is just incredible!
The micellar water is actually not bad. Its scent can be a bit strong, but it doesn't really bother me. I haven't noticed any stinging or filmy feeling as some people claim, probably because I always rinse off any micellar water with plain water.
I didn't buy it here, but I like it. It doesn't differ in properties from regular micellar waters. It effectively removes makeup, though the scent can be a bit overpowering. However, considering its good composition, this can be forgiven.
I did not purchase it here, but I am satisfied with the micellar water. Since I use a multi-level skin cleansing system, I don't have any issues with residual makeup on my face because I always wash my face with a gel after using the micellar water.
The main advantages are:
- It effectively removes concealer, powder, eyeshadow, and mascara. It only doesn't remove waterproof makeup.
- It has a pleasant scent.
- It comes in a substantial volume.
- And of course, the ingredients are good.
P.S. Although the manufacturers claim that micellar water does not require rinsing, it is necessary to wash the face with a foaming cleanser after removing makeup. This might help someone avoid unpleasant sensations after using micellar water (it helped me at one time).
I do not recommend it. The classic Garnier Micellar Water with the pink cap or Loreal are much better at removing makeup. This one has a strong scent and the most unpleasant thing is the feeling of a heavy film on the face before rinsing with water.
I didn't like it. It pinches the skin. In principle, it can be used, but I won't buy it again.
I didn't like the scent, it smells like eastern herbs. It doesn't effectively remove regular makeup, but that's not a big deal for me since I always cleanse my face with a gel or foam afterwards. On the positive side, it has a natural composition.
I didn't like it, the smell was too overpowering and unpleasant for me. It is difficult to remove long-lasting makeup. I ordered it from a different online store.
