I don't understand what effect people are talking about. I looked at the bottle of lotion myself, hoping that at least this one would be more liquid, gel-like. But it has the consistency of a cream! It is very thick and greasy! Usually, all these lotions in tubes are similar to toothpaste or come out like cream, but this one looked different, like shampoo or shower gel, which is what I was hoping for. BUT no, it is a very thick lotion like cream, greasy, takes a long time to absorb, and leaves hands impossible to touch, you need to wash them off. The only positive thing is the smell, the scent is truly delicious (chocolate) and long-lasting, but that's probably it. I still don't understand its functions.

I didn't buy it on make-up, but I regret it as I could have saved money.
