From the first use, I got rid of flakes. Apply the shampoo for 10-15 minutes, then rinse and comb. I didn't buy a comb, so I used a soft toothbrush instead.
After the doctor prescribed this shampoo + cream for my daughter's seborrheic crusts, we noticed visible results after just two uses. It's absolutely amazing! The quality is top-notch, just like you would expect from a French product.

I didn't like it. We have used another product of this brand before, and there were never any issues. I decided to try this one, and after a few weeks of use, I started getting flakes. We went back to using our old product, and after 4-5 times, everything cleared up. We won't be experimenting anymore.
I don't know who this product has helped, but I have been using it on my child for 6 days now, and the scabs remain the same as they were before. There has been no reduction, not even by 5%.

Good foam for seborrheic crusts, it really helps. Gentle texture, no allergies. The only thing is, if the crusts have already formed, you will still need to remove them with oil before using this shampoo - it prevents their formation. The instructions did not mention how often it can/should be used, so I guess you will have to assess the situation yourself.
The shampoo is amazing! My child's scalp is clean! We applied the foam to the head, waited for about 2 minutes, rinsed it off, and no issues whatsoever!
Excellent foam shampoo for baby scalp flakes. The gentlest foam will remove them in just a couple of uses. No need for combing or rubbing. And there's no need to apply any oils to the child's head, just apply the foam and bathe at the same time, then rinse it off and that's it! Super.
The best shampoo for children with seborrheic crusts, and it has a great scent. Overall, Mustela is an excellent brand for children's products.
