Favorite brand! Using it is a pure pleasure!
After reading reviews that the 20 tone is almost too light for fair skin, I almost made a mistake by choosing a darker one. I decided to go with tone 20 because of the discount and the perfume I wanted to test, and I don't regret it. I don't have a pale or dark complexion, it's a medium warm tone with occasional redness. I can't see the powder on my face, but it doesn't shine like it does without it, so I guess it's there... As for the packaging, I have to deduct a star. It's a challenge for someone with short nails to open the compartment for the sponge and then retrieve it. The sponge is double-sided, but I haven't figured out the advantages of either side yet. And the product on the sponge appears much darker. It feels like the product stays on the sponge and doesn't transfer onto the face. Maybe that's how it's supposed to be, since this is my first compact powder...
This powder has been a revelation for me. I did not expect such a fantastic outcome. I use the B20 shade. It blends beautifully on the skin and does not accentuate wrinkles or dryness. I highly recommend it.

I disagree with the comment that compared 20 tons to a discontinued shade 4 powder. It's not even close! The previous powder had a pink undertone and refreshed the face. I have a tan complexion and shade 4 worked perfectly for both summer and winter. The shade adjusted well. However, this powder turns yellow and doesn't suit my tan skin in the spring. Maybe it will be better for summer.
Furthermore, it is incredibly dusty. You have to be very careful when using it, especially if you're wearing black or something dark. It flies everywhere.
Another issue is the mattifying effect. It doesn't mattify well on combination skin, it looks unpleasant, and it doesn't last long either. After a couple of hours, the T-zone becomes shiny and it doesn't look nice either. On the other hand, the discontinued powder didn't mattify as heavily. It appeared almost transparent upon application, but even after 10-12 hours, my face still looked flawless. Even after an intense workout and sweating profusely, a quick dab with a towel made my face look well-groomed again. However, in the last couple of years, it also became dusty and the grind was coarser, whereas initially, it was much finer.
In conclusion, you should not compare THIS powder to the previous one, or else you will be disappointed! For this price, you can definitely find something much better!
