Lip Balm "Pineapple and Mint" Carmex Lip Balm

I ordered it because of the pineapple, but there is only a faint scent of it. It is a very minty balm. However, it has a chemical aftertaste when consumed. It stings the lips, but does not plump them.

This is an excellent lip balm that effectively moisturizes and adds a beautiful touch to the lips.

Unfortunately, the balm did not meet my expectations. When applied, it makes my lips feel greasy, and this sensation doesn't go away. It disappointed me just like the pure paw paw. It's basically just vaseline in a tube, and it's not worth the money. I remember Nivea watermelon, it was a truly amazing balm that saved my lips from dryness and provided protection.

The taste is good, but the effect lasts only 30 minutes and then I have to reapply it on my lips. It is the least long-lasting lipstick from the entire collection.

This is my first lip balm from Carmex, and I really liked it. However, during cold weather, it tends to become slightly stiff, requiring thorough warming before squeezing out even a little.

The scent and sensation are pleasant. The pineapple and mint are well noticeable, and the mint adds a refreshing feeling to the lips. The taste of the balm is slightly sweet. Does it effectively moisturize the lips during the winter period? It's a 50/50 situation. The texture is sticky, so as long as the balm is on the lips, it feels good, but if not, I didn't notice it providing long-lasting moisturization.

A big drawback for me was that it freezes in cold weather, so you have to make an extra effort to apply it from the tube.

The baking process is very enjoyable.

In my opinion, this is the most pleasant scent from the entire range, but it moisturizes and heals worse than the cherry or strawberry Carmex.

In the previous review, it was mentioned that this product can be addictive, and I agree with that. All the balms from the healing line of Carmex are not designed for daily use, but rather as emergency aid for healing. If you want to use a balm on a daily basis, Carmex has a separate line specifically for that purpose.

I have been using this product for over 2 months, so I can give you a complete overview. Compared to the original Carmex, this one has a much more pleasant smell (even taste), but personally, I didn't feel any pineapple at all, more like caramel. As always, it has a cooling effect. Interestingly, they differ in consistency, with the Pineapple Mint being more liquid.

Regarding the rumors about it being addictive - it's absolutely true. If you use it regularly, after about 2 weeks, your lips will become INCREDIBLY dry if you try to switch to a product from another brand.

Honestly, I can't recommend it. If you're willing to pay extra for the brand name and settle for soft lips only when using specifically Carmex, then go ahead and buy it. But it's definitely not worth it. And if you really want to try it, I suggest getting one with some scent, but not the original.

I really love Carmex. I have had the cherry stick and the classic tube. It protects against wind and cold in the winter, and from sun exposure in the summer. If applied at night, it also heals cracks. As for this specific balm, it is just as good as the ones I have tried before. The scent is amazing and it fulfills all its functions. If it didn't work for you, it is probably due to individual intolerance to some components, but it's worth giving it a try.

On the lips, it feels pleasant, with a slight cooling sensation in the first few minutes. There is no stickiness and it smells delicious. However, it doesn't provide much moisturization, so I would rate it as average.

I fell for the advertising and bought this "miracle" product... It stung a little when I applied it, but after a couple of uses, I started having problems with my lips!!! They look normal, but they feel completely dried out and coated with a film! I've never experienced anything like this before! In conclusion, I have to say that there's nothing better than plain Vaseline or lipsticks from the fresh juice brand. I'm just disappointed and upset.

I love Carmex, except for the classic one, because of its specific smell. This one became a real find for me with its pleasant pineapple and mint scent.

I have tried the classic version, the watermelon one, and this one. This one is the coolest. The scent is amazing, it slightly tingles the lips, I would say it pleasantly cools them. Pineapple and mint are something else. I definitely recommend it and will buy it again.
