The shampoo completely met my expectations. I have my own naturally thick but fine and light blonde hair. After using the shampoo and conditioner, I felt that my hair became denser and more voluminous (although I do add volume to the roots with a chi booster).

I have been ordering this shampoo not for the first time, but the last time something was off with it. I wash my hair twice, as usual, dry it, but it feels greasy and lacks lightness.

In September of the 23rd year, I bought the shampoo together with the conditioner and spray. The shampoo has a nice scent and a good texture, and it lathers well. It also cleanses effectively. I have partially dyed hair with highlights. I used the shampoo twice and later realized that my skin had become very sensitive, but it didn't itch and there was no dandruff. I understood that it was the shampoo that had dried out my skin, so the dermatologist advised me to switch to Physiogel shampoo. Physiogel is not as effective at cleansing, but I noticed that the sensitivity of my scalp decreased when I combine using L'Oreal shampoo once and Physiogel shampoo the second time while washing. Unfortunately, I will not reorder it. However, the conditioner and spray are great. I have no complaints about them.
This shampoo is really cool! I never skimp on care, I've tried ones that are two to three times more expensive, but I still came back to this one. It's great for my highlighted hair. It also leaves my hair easy to comb after washing. I highly recommend it!
I bought shampoo and conditioner together. I have porous hair and it tends to get very frizzy after washing. However, after using this set, my hair became soft, smooth, and no longer frizzy. It looks like I just came out of a salon. The only downside is that the shampoo doesn't lather well.
Awful shampoo, the only positive thing about it is the nice smell. After using it, my hair became greasy along the length and looks dirty. It feels like I washed my head with Pantene or Schauma. I do not recommend it. Before this, I used Syoss shampoo (attaching a photo). With it, my hair had volume and stayed clean for 2 days. But now, with Loreal shampoo, my dyed hair looks like a mop.
This shampoo is amazing, in my opinion. Firstly, it nourishes the hair and prevents color fading. Secondly, I am allergic, but I have no allergic reactions to this shampoo. And that's awesome!

I read reviews and ordered this shampoo. I don't understand what was wrong with my hair or the shampoo, but as a result, I ended up with straw on my head! My hair is porous, and it became even drier along the length. I used a small amount of shampoo and my usual moisturizing mask from Loreal. The worst shampoo I have ever bought. It dried out my scalp so much that I developed dandruff. I have never had dandruff before.
I find it very difficult to choose a shampoo. My roots are oily, my ends are dry, my hair is bleached, and I get dandruff from most products.
But this shampoo pleased me. It is economical, and my hair is obedient and shiny after using it. I haven't had any dandruff in the 3 months of using it. I wash my hair every other day, which is normal for me. If your scalp gets oily often, buy yourself a peeling product and use it once a week.
I will order it again. I would like to try the series for reducing brittleness of all hair types and unwanted color changes, but I can't find a sample anywhere.

I have thin and sensitive hair. I usually do highlights and tone with Wella Color Touch 9.16. I have been using L'Oreal Professional hair care products for almost 20 years. I have tried to switch, but I always come back to them. This time, while being evacuated, I bought a different professional shampoo. I couldn't wait for it to finish so I could go back to L'Oreal Professional again. This particular shampoo smells great, produces a delicate and pleasant lather, and does not make my colored hair dull. After using it, my hair looks shiny and smooth.
I gave it a 5-star rating, and believe me, it is well-deserved. I live in Nikolaev, and if anyone knows, the tap water here is salty seawater. So, this is probably the only shampoo that can handle such hard water while still making my hair soft. Even the CHI shampoo, unfortunately, cannot handle it. I would like to add that I have oily and dyed hair.
I give it 2 stars for the scent and beautiful packaging. However, this shampoo and conditioner from this series did not work for me. My hair became dry and tangled after using it, and the next day it was greasier than ever. Considering the price, this is disappointing. Regular supermarket products work better on my hair.
I liked the texture and smell of the shampoo, and it lathers well. However, it didn't work for me - my hair doesn't look fresh after using it, it doesn't untangle easily, and it feels slightly sticky near the roots when touched. I have never experienced this effect with other shampoos, whether they were cheap ones from the supermarket or professional ones. I wash my hair almost every day, rinse it well 1-2 times depending on the dirtiness, use conditioner on the length afterwards, following all the rules. Unfortunately, it just didn't work for my hair at all. I used it for about a week and a half. I will have to give away almost half a liter of expensive shampoo to my mother-in-law.
