This is an excellent conditioner - it leaves the hair soft and manageable. It's especially perfect for those who love the scent of grapefruit, as the fragrance lingers for several hours after washing. It gives a pleasant feeling of freshness.
I tried a 100 ml sample of this balm along with the shampoo from the same series. Everything would have been great if it wasn't for one thing: the small packaging doesn't come with a dispenser, and the balm is extremely thick, making it impossible to extract it easily. I have to shake, hit the bottle, tap it, just to get a little bit out.
However, overall, the balm is not bad. It leaves the hair soft and easy to comb.
