Light Universal Nourishing Face and Body Cream Weleda Skin Food Light

I previously tried the Skin Food moisturizer with a thicker texture. I wanted to try something lighter, so I ordered the light series. The texture is gentle and not as thick, and the scent is pleasant (herbal). At first, I liked it. However, after about 10 minutes, it starts to clump in small lumps on certain areas of my face, and I'm not sure why. I have to brush off these clumps because they don't look very appealing. But in reality, my face remains radiant and soft throughout the day. Because of these "clumps," I'm deducting one star. However, it is suitable for dry skin and moisturizes well. I will be purchasing the thicker version more often (even though it takes longer to apply and blend, it never forms clumps, and the moisturization is significantly better, especially for those with very dry skin).

The cream nourishes well and leaves a light oily film on the skin. It is good for winter.

This one also sits beautifully on thermal water, albeit slightly greasy. It absorbed completely in about 20-30 minutes and left a pleasant feeling. I have oily dehydrated skin. It works well for winter and with thermal water, but I wouldn't use it in the summer.

Regarding the review - the cream is quite heavy for the face (although my skin is normal-dry), it rolls off during application and takes a long time to absorb, over an hour. That's why I only apply it at night. (sometimes there are also breakouts, but I can't say for sure if it's because of it, as I have simultaneously changed some other skincare products)

Before applying it, I take a small amount and rub it between my palms to warm it up. I use it on top of my skincare serum as a moisturizing layer. After using it, my skin has become less oily and the top layer feels less dehydrated. The same goes for the children's cream with aloe; it has a noticeable alcohol scent, but it disappears when rubbed between the palms. Any excess can be gently removed with a tissue. I cannot help but leave a review. This is one of the worst creams I have ever tried. Despite my bad experience with Weleda's eye cream, I decided to give the company a chance and bought myself this Skin Food cream for the winter.

I have dry skin and the instructions state that the cream quickly and effectively absorbs and moisturizes the skin. However, ever since I started using it (which has been 2 weeks already), I have developed breakouts and pimples, even though my skin is not prone to them. The cream is essentially just greasy oil that does not absorb at all and clogs the pores. Even if I apply a tiny amount of cream on my dry face at night, I still wake up with a greasy shine and a sticky face. In other words, the cream does not absorb at all. I am very disappointed. The last time I had such breakouts on my face was from Korean cosmetics, not from natural ones. I hope my review helps someone. The cream does not absorb into even dry skin, leaves a greasy shine, and requires at least a cleanser to remove it.
