Apply once a week, in-between regular shampoo, massage on hair for 1-3 minutes, before rinsing well. (For highlighted brunette, up to 5 minutes). Keep out of reach of children. Wear suitable gloves. I have natural light brown hair. I bought this product to slightly tone the strands that got damaged from the sun during the summer.
Overall, the result is not bad. The hair gradually gets toned, just a little bit. Of course, this shampoo really dries out the hair. But I don't use it often. Overall, it's a good shampoo.
I have had this product before. It effectively neutralizes yellow tones on light blond hair. If left on for too long, it can tint the hair pink, but it washes out afterwards. I have never noticed it staining nails or skin on the hands.
I didn't buy it here, but I'll leave a review anyway. It stains my hands more than my hair (I can't wash my hands off, I have to strictly wear gloves!!) It is economical and lathers well. However, I give it a rating of 4 because it stains my hands and nails.
