I am extremely outraged. Firstly, the powder arrived with unsealed holes in the lid, meaning that when you unscrew the top, the holes through which the powder is poured are simply open. How am I supposed to know that nobody has used it???!!!
Secondly, THE INGREDIENTS DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO. On the powder I received, the product's ingredients start with the word Aqua, meaning that there is water in the composition of the powder, and a lot of it (we all know that ingredients are listed in decreasing order of their quantity).
This is deception as a customer! I wanted the powder specifically with the composition shown in the photo!
I don't write reviews often, but I couldn't just pass by this one.
This is the worst product I have ordered in my long years of love for makeup. Why?
1. It literally kills your hair. They become sticky and tangled, as if you used a mop instead.
2. It has the texture of powdered sugar.
3. When you accidentally get it on your lips, it leaves a horrible taste (I mean the sensation).
Some acquaintances, upon seeing me, asked if I had dipped my hair in water during the dyeing process.
In summary, giving it a "1" would be an overrated score. This is the most awful product. Estelle is 1000 times better.
I do NOT recommend it.
