The product is uncomfortable and lacks a handle. I bought the same one a couple of years ago and it had a handle, but this one either has a defect or it's unclear. I'm disappointed. The delivery was okay.

This is a great spacious cosmetic bag. The only thing missing is a handle and a zipper stopper. The lock flew off, but it's not a problem, we easily fixed it.
