Aroma bath: dissolve 3-7 drops of the blend in 1 tablespoon of honey or salt, cream, yogurt, kefir, or bath foam. Add this to the bath. Take a bath for 10-20 minutes. Aroma shower: dilute 2-3 drops of the blend in 1 teaspoon of shower gel, liquid soap (or mix 5-7 drops of the blend with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil), apply to the body (excluding the face and intimate areas), gently massage in, rinse off with water. Massage: add 3-7 drops of the essential oil blend to 10-15 ml of massage cream or oil. Enriching cosmetic products with oil: add 3-5 drops of the blend to 1 dessert spoon of a cosmetic product (cream, gel, tonic, shampoo, concitioner), mix, and use as a regular product.
