To be honest, I didn't understand anything about what's wrong with this mask. Girls take pictures of it in a large format and it appears to be a specific dark blue shade, but I got the mini version to try. It's simply a light lilac color and doesn't do anything at all. There is no pigment, just a regular mask, so I would rate it 3 out of 5. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I understand that the difference between the mini version and the full-sized one is colossal, they are different products. Maybe the large version actually does something, but the small one, 0.
With this mask I keep the yellow bass away, at home. And apart from this, my hair is smooth.

I tried this product to remove the copper undertone from my brown hair. It added a blue shine to my natural hair, which looked beautiful, but it wasn't very strong, and the copper tone remained. The mask that arrived from abroad is significantly better and more effective than our local one. The result from our local mask was barely noticeable, and its color was more violet than blue. But this mask is bright blue in color, and the effect is just WOW right from the first use!

This product makes it much easier and cheaper to maintain a cool blonde shade. My hair color is a level 9, sometimes 10. I leave the mask on for about five minutes, after combing it through my hair. It tones excellently, without leaving any patches, and it doesn't stain my hands. Additionally, it provides care and doesn't dry out my hair. It also has a cumulative effect. The price is very affordable. Moreover, with its usage, I can afford to visit the salon only every two months. P.S. This is the first at-home toning product that I have stuck with since my youth. Toning products of that generation used to turn hair lifeless and dull.
