This is not a mouthwash, it's an oil! The instructions state that you need to swish it in your mouth for - attention! - 5-20!!! minutes. My record was 6 minutes. Does it work wonders? No. Is it pleasant tasting? No. Do I want to buy it again? No.
I don't know what kind of rinsing course I need to go through to feel any kind of result.
