This product is frequently used during massages, especially for bronchitis, due to its expectorant properties. Adding caraway essential oil to your bath can also be beneficial—it has an excellent effect on the skin by stimulating the cleansing of pores.
How to use: For massages, up to 8 drops of caraway essential oil can be mixed with 15 ml of a base vegetable oil. To prepare a massage cream: add 5-6 drops of the oil to 20 ml of the base.
For abdominal massages in cases of nervous colitis, mix 12 drops of caraway essential oil with 50 ml of base vegetable oil. Massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction with the warm mixture for several minutes, then apply a warm compress for 15 minutes.
Add 4-6 (up to 10) drops of essential oil to the bath, previously mixed with an emulsifier (1/3 cup of milk, cream, whey, or a honey solution, etc.).
For aroma lamps, use 4-6 drops of essential oil per 15 m2 of room area.
